  • Step 1 (Required): Please contact us via phone (02) 5300 2014 or email info@jqlpools.com.au before posting to obtain a Service Job Number and packaging guidelines.
  • Step 2: Securely package your unit with cushioning, include your contact details & Job Number inside the box, and dispatch via Australia Post / Courier to our PO Box.
  • Step 3: Once received, our technicians conduct bench testing, confirm a quote with you, and arrange return courier delivery upon completion.

  1. Contact & Book: Call, text, or email us with your equipment brand, model, and the issue/symptoms to schedule your drop-off.
  2. Drop Off: Leave your unit securely at Pool Central (Forestville) with your name and mobile number clearly attached.
  3. Diagnosis & Approval: We conduct thorough bench diagnostics and contact you with a transparent, itemised quote before proceeding with any repair work.
  4. Online Payment & Pick-Up: Once fully repaired and tested, we notify you to complete payment easily online, and you can pick up your ready equipment at your convenience.
